Lisa Marie Presley
 |
Lisa Marie Presley was born February 1, 1968 to Elvis and Priscilla Beaulieu
Presley. Though her parents divorced in 1973, Lisa kept close contact with both of them.
When Lisa was nine, "the King" passed away from a drug-induced heart attack, leaving her
the sole heir to his entire estate.
Lisa joined the Church of Scientology and met Daniel Keough, who she married in 1988. They
had two children: Danielle Riley and Benjamin Storm, before they divorced in 1994. Shortly
after the divorce, Lisa shocked the nation when she announced that she had remarried - this
time to the other "King" - the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. The two had originally met when
Lisa was five, and her father took her to a Jackson Five concert. Tabloids reported that
their marriage was for publicity to revive Jackson’s fading image, but the two insisted that
it was for love. Despite this insistence, they divorced in 1996.
Although she had a history of short marriages, Lisa became engaged again in 1999 to Hawaiian-born
singer-songwriter John Oszajca. They never married and in 2002, she had a brief 3-month marriage
to Nicholas Cage.
Since then, Lisa has had several modeling jobs and released her first album. To Whom it May
Concern performed well, debuting in 2003 at number five. |
